Privacy: your project enquiry
What the form collects
- Your name and email address, so I can reply.
- Your project type and a short description of what you need.
- Optional details you provide: company, further project notes, budget, timeline and how you found us.
- Your permission to reply and the page the enquiry was sent from.
You do not need to create an account. Please leave passwords, API keys and other confidential access details out of the form.
Why I need it
I use these details to understand your project and reply about the enquiry. The consent box covers that conversation. It does not sign you up to a mailing list.
Who touches the data
- Supabase stores the submitted enquiry for Fractional HQ.
- Fractional HQ reads the enquiry and replies using email.
The form sends your details directly to our enquiry database.
Website analytics
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and page use. This is separate from the project enquiry form.
Deletion & access
Email hello@fractionalhq.uk to request a copy of your enquiry or ask for it to be deleted.
Privacy — Booboo
The local tool sends us nothing
Booboo installed from npm, or added as a bundle, runs entirely on your own machine. It reads a snapshot file you built yourself and serves it to your AI client. There is no telemetry, no analytics, no licence check and no phone-home. We cannot see your graph, because it never reaches us.
Your snapshot is filtered before it even exists: privacy walls are applied when it is built, so anything you seal is never written into the file in the first place. What you don't include, we could not receive.
The hosted service — only if you choose it
The hosted service is opt-in and separate. Building stays local; you push a snapshot to us only when you decide to. If you use it:
- What we store — the snapshot you push, and any notes or reports your agents write back to it. Nothing else.
- Why — so your AI client can query it remotely. That is the entire purpose, and we don't use it for anything else.
- Where — Supabase, EU-hosted, encrypted at rest. Your data is scoped to your key and never mixed with another customer's.
- What we never do — we don't train models on it, sell it, share it, or read it for any reason other than fixing a fault you've reported to us.
Deleting it
Email hello@fractionalhq.uk and your stored graph is deleted permanently, usually same day. Cancelling removes it too. You can also overwrite it at any time by pushing again, which replaces the previous copy rather than keeping a history.
Paying for it
Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never seen, held or stored by us. We keep only the subscription status attached to your key.
Terms — the services
The guarantee
- One-off orders: not happy with the first delivery? Full refund, and you keep the work.
- Retainers: any delivery that misses the promised window is free.
Both are stated on every listing before you pay. They're working rules, not marketing.
Ownership
Every deliverable is yours in full on delivery — no licence games, no reuse of your work in our marketing. The showcase on the site is a fictional company for exactly this reason.
Your data during a job
Read-only access wherever the job allows it, scoped credentials you can revoke any time, no data shared across clients, deletion on request when the job ends.
Ordering & payment
Orders run through marketplace platforms (Fiverr, Contra, Upwork, PeoplePerHour) so their escrow protects your payment and their review systems hold us publicly accountable. Direct engagements come later, by mutual agreement, once a track record is on the board.
