A scraper that keeps running, not a one-off data pull.

A spreadsheet of scraped data starts going stale the week you receive it. Prices change, listings close and new companies appear. What most people actually need is the list kept current, so that is what I build: a scraper on a schedule, running on an Apify account in your name, with the results landing where your team already works.

The scraping runs on Apify, a platform built for this job. You pay Apify directly for the runs, you can open every one of them, and nothing depends on a server of mine staying up. 11 of my scrapers and data tools are public on the Apify Store, so you can run one before you hire me.

One thing to know up front: if you open your Apify account through the Apify links on this site, Apify pays me a referral commission. I say so at handover too, and you are free to sign up without it.

Scrapers tend to fail quietly. A site changes its layout, the run still finishes green, and it brings back nothing. Every scraper I hand over checks its own result: when a run comes back empty, the workflow alerts you and your sheet keeps its last good rows. Rows are matched on a key you choose, so a rerun updates the ones you already have and adds only what is new.

I only scrape sources that are public and allowed. That rules out anything behind a login you have no right to use, and any site whose terms forbid it. Personal data needs a clear lawful basis before it goes into a scraper, and I will ask you what yours is. When the same data is available through an official API, I use the API instead, because it breaks less often.
